The board has fixed, Thursday, 28th July, 2022 as the Record date for determining entitlement of shareholders to receive 1st Interim Dividend for financial year 2022-23. The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 14th August, 2022; The meeting commenced at 11:30 a.m. and concluded at 1:10 p.m.
